Easter offers us lots of inspiration for simple craft projects! With cute Easter symbols like chicks and bunnies, it's the perfect opportunity to get kids involved in various craft projects. Toilet paper rolls are a fantastic material that you can use when doing crafts with children. They are easy to cut, paint and glue on, so they can be transformed into different animals in no time. Even small children can have fun with the glue stick and paper. With a little creativity and a few rolls of paper, you can improve children's fine motor skills and teach them a little about recycling.
Sweet Easter chicks can be made from a simple toilet paper roll. Paint the toilet paper rolls yellow paint. Glue a colorful feather on each side. Cut a small triangle out of orange cardboard and glue it onto the toilet paper roll as a beak. Finally, glue two self-adhesive googly eyes, which can be found at craft and toy stores.
Spring is the perfect time, colorful butterfliesmaking things out of toilet paper rolls. Wrap the roll with colored paper (or paint it in the desired color). Then cut wings out of colored paper. And a simple trick. Fold a piece of paper in half, trace the top half of a heart with a pencil, and cut out the shape. The butterfly wings can be decorated with different colors. Glue two wiggly eyes to the toilet paper roll and draw a wide smile with a felt-tip pen. Use paper strips or pipe cleaners for antennae that attach to the top of the toilet paper roll.
The toilet paper roll is wrapped with white colored paper. Then cut out two ears and glued them to the toilet paper roll. A small pompom will represent the bunny's nose. Don't forget the whiskers and eyes too.
At Easter there are often painted Easter eggs for breakfast. Egg cups provide support when spooning out soft-boiled eggs and are very practical. But the colored eggs don't have to be placed in a normal cup. Of course, you can make your own egg cups to match the rest of the Easter decorations. A real visual highlight on every breakfast table.
With crepe paper, the simple rings made from toilet paper rolls are transformed into beautiful blooming spring flowers. To make the petals look more realistic, the pieces of crepe paper should be rolled up on a skewer. Also, use your fingers to gently pull the top edge of the strip apart. Attach everything well with glue and you're done.
