Decoupage is one of the newest and most interesting ways to get original and unique Easter eggs. We offer you some nice ideas on how you can decorate your Easter eggs using napkin technology.
If you want to design Easter eggs using napkin technique this year, you will need the following materials - brushes, beautiful napkins and water-based glue (as it is harmless). Use the top layer of the napkin. You cut or tear out the design you like. Then apply glue to the egg and press the motif onto it. You cover the whole thing with another layer of glue so that everything stays nice and tight. You can continue like this until the egg has a perfect shape.

Make your own glue from protein
So that you can decorate the eggs using the decoupage technique, we have prepared an easy recipe for harmless glue for you. You should separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the egg white and beat everything together, but the foam should not be too thick. A thin liquid remains under the foam - this is our glue. Apply the liquid first to the egg, then to the napkin. Wait for it to dry, then repeat and you're done. However, our tip is to blow out the eggs first - then you can use almost any glue.
Decorate with music paper
To beautifully decorate the eggs at Easter using the napkin technique, you can use not only napkins or specially suitable decoupage paper, but also any leftover paper of your choice. The use of music paper seems particularly imaginative here. Don't you have one? Then simply get wrapping paper or wrapping paper with music motifs.
You can also design the eggs decorated with this great technique effectively and decorate them with glitter. For this purpose, use a material that everyone has at home, namely granulated sugar. First roll the paper egg in white glue and then in sugar. Let everything dry and you're done!
