When we talk about weight loss, the first thing we have to mention is that it should be a part of health improvement. There are many ways to lose weight, but they can often be harmful to our health. If you want to lose weight healthily and quickly, you have to change your eating habits and eat the gifts of nature. If we provide the body with natural, unprocessed foods, it would regulate its functions and determine the ideal weight for itself. Then there would be no need to count calories and bites while eating.
During weight loss and body metabolism, numerous acidic waste products are formed, such as uric and carbonic acid, creatinine and urea. They must be neutralized with alkaline foods called basic foods. Obesity is also often associated with a lack of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. That's why we have to provide the body with the missing, biologically active natural substances during the weight loss process. The correct nutritional formula that best meets these conditions is determined by the needs of human psychology and anatomy: seeds, rawFruitand vegetables. If you eat only these foods for a certain period of time, the body would unlock its genetic programs and eliminate everything that is unnecessary while taking what is necessary.
And here is an example of a well-balanced nutrition plan: Eat raw fruit (preferably without bananas) and vegetables - up to 2 kilos per day - and raw nuts (without peanuts) - up to 150 grams per day - for 14 days.
