Diet for diabetes - The right diet can help you

Diabetes is the fastest growing and spreading disease in the world. Around 347 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes. There are two types – type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent) and type 2 diabetes (without insulin but which can progress to type 1 diabetes over time).

Diet for diabetes - The underlying cause is problems with the pancreas, which fulfills two important functions. The first is the release of digestive enzymes. The second task of the pancreas is the secretion of insulin from beta cells, which are involved in the transport of glucose to every cell in the body.
If the functions of the pancreatic cells are weakened, this affects both the two basic functions of the pancreas. However, if the situation persists, the overactive pancreas turns into an underactive pancreas. So the gland begins to produce less insulin.
Official diabetes is considered an autoimmune problem in which lymphocytes attack the beta cells and destroy them. According to current knowledge, the cause is mainly due to the increase in fat in the diet. As a result, the beta cells do not interact with the glucose, which is unable to reach the cells of the organism. They react and give a signal that they are hungry, secrete more insulin to transport and so the vicious circle is created in which blood sugar is high and as a result people have diabetes. Therefore, fat and acidic foods are one of the main causes.

There is a sensible solution and it lies in the processdetoxificationand regeneration of the endocrine system – especially the pancreas.
