At the beginning, the black and white Zentangle drawings are distributed and everyone can color them as they wish. The therapist asks each participant how they are feeling today and writes their answer on a piece of paper. Then everyone has 20 minutes to color in part or all of the drawing. At the end everyone can compare the final result with the answer at the beginning of the session. By the way, Zentangles are also a good way to express your own feelings.
