Relaxed standing forward bend
Meridians: back and neck. This stretch before bed is great for loosening up your hamstrings.
1. Standing in a forward bend with feet hip-width apart, bend your upper body forward by extending your arms toward the floor and placing your palms on the mat. Exhale and lengthen your stretch.
2. Then grab your opposite elbows above your head and pivot your upper body slightly to the right and left in this pose.
3. Hold the position for 15 seconds.
