This interior design concept shows how green and pink can be beautifully combined

When it comes to the Scandinavian living style, nature often becomes the main source of inspiration. This furnishing concept is not only a good example of how you can bring fresh green into your own four walls, but also provides a few creative ideas for variety. We have already told you several times about the properties and features of the Nordic style. Now let's take a look at how the Russian designer Nikolay Limansky interpreted these in his new interior design concept. What's interesting is that he combined green and pink to create a natural yet feminine appearance.

That's why pink is a good combination partner for green

Shades of green, natural wood and fresh plants are the three elements that are present in theCenterpiece of the furnishing conceptstand and make the apartment a real oasis of peace. As you can see from the pictures, there is a pleasant feeling of nature in every room. You even forget that the apartment is actually located in the concrete jungle of the city of Saint Petersburg. The pink accents such as the soft pink wall color in the living room, the kitchen fronts in rose and the pink granite vanity top in the bathroom provide a bit of a change from the natural color palette.

Precisely because of the lack of fresh greenery in the urban environment, the owners wanted them to have at least thatNature into your homecan enjoy. That's why decorative potted plants create a refreshing impression everywhere. A real eye-catcher is the green moss wall in the living room, which is highlighted by indirect LED lighting. The opposite wall is painted in a muted shade of pink, which creates a visual sense of calm.

Another highlight in the living room is the emerald green sofa, which looks great against the brick wall. Another important component of the interior is natural wood. This warm material creates a cozy atmosphere and further emphasizes the natural look.

The copper lights also provide visual warmth. These appear in almost every room and in very different designs. The warm appearance of the copper harmonizes perfectly with pink and at the same time forms a beautiful contrast to green.

Green and pink in the kitchen

Green and pink are also a very charming combination in the kitchen. The pink kitchen cabinets are complemented by an emerald green tile backsplash. This creates an overall composition with a summery, fresh touch. The sobriety of gray makes the kitchen shine sophisticatedly.

Green should not be missing in the children's room. However, a marine theme emerges here. The wall painting with the ship motif looks very beautiful. The eye-catching, playful loft bed is also an eye-catcher. It is designed like a boat and the space underneath is used for a play and cozy area.
