Mobile partition made of paper offers numerous design options

Nowadays the trend towards open space planning dominates - at home the living room, dining room and kitchen are combined to form a spacious living area, in the office all colleagues share oneSpace. But as attractive as it may seem at the beginning, large rooms also have disadvantages - because ultimately everyone wants to maintain their privacy. The Molo company came up with an innovative solution - their mobile paper partition wall caused a sensation behind the ocean. We present you Thinwall.

Molo is a Canada-based design studio known for its spatial planning projects. Designers Stephanie Forsythe and Todd MacAllen are particularly interested in space-saving and practical alternatives to ordinary room dividers. Functionality should always come first. The designer duo mastered the high demands and the challenge with a lot of creativity. Her designs are called Thinwall and are made from paper. The foldable mobile partition systems find numerous applications, both in private and public areas. The screens can be redesigned again and again as desired and can be used as partitions in office buildingsRoom dividerCan be used in the living area or in the waiting room. The screens are available in different colors – white, beige, blue or black. The first three colors are translucent.

But that's not all - because the partitions can be combined with benches to create cozy seating areas. This means everyone in the office can meet with customers, have quiet conversations with partners or simply exchange ideas with colleagues without disrupting the work process in the room.
