Small living room
Our next terrazzo slab apartment starts in a cute and colorful little lounge where the wall art just hints at the inspiration with the material in the apartment. The colored cushions on the sofa and an area rug add bright accents to the floor. As we turn around we are met with a mass of terrazzo over the TV wall. A dining table also effectively separates the living room from the kitchen. The wall decor is also overlapped by a wooden panel that supports the TV screen. A white media unit highlights the control panel and can store messy consoles and accessories.
Terrazzo tiles are also available in the kitchen. These embellish the L-shaped, speckledKitchen back wall to match the design. The round glass pendant lights contrast with the color scheme and match the glass water container on the dining table.
Terrazzo panels are returning to the bathroom by patterning the back area of the vanity. The designers not only maintained the same style throughout the entire apartment, but also set accents in every suitable place.
Terrazzo as the main feature of the design
The third apartment we show you has a peaceful, uniform color scheme of white and light spruce that combines perfectly with terrazzo on the floors and kitchen island. The monochrome artwork also creates an even more relaxed and modern look. The bright couch is covered with gray and white pillows and cozy blankets.
The extractor hood's color coordinates with the spruce-colored kitchen walls, while it contrasts perfectly with the terrazzo panels. The three modern wall lights also underline the back wall of the minimalist kitchen. The niche in the cabinets was tastefully covered with terrazzo tiles to perfectly complement the similarly designed kitchen island.
The material washes out of the living area and also floods the bedroom floor. The furnishing elements in the same color palette are completely consistent and create a soft, cozy feeling that is perfect for the bedroom.
The devil is in the details
Our final terrazzo-inspired tour takes place through a 43 square meter apartment. Black, white and apricot colors come together this time in a small open living room. The highlight of the living space, however, is a coffee table with terrazzo legs and a tabletop that looks like a serving tray. This piece of furniture adds subtle, subordinate patterns to the tame, neutrally designed lounge.
Furthermore, tones of black light extend across the kitchen island behind the living room. Three kitchen bar stools, also black, stylishly match the three light bulbs of the same color and thus complete the rest of the kitchen design.
