Ingredients:
- cup of flour
- 2/3 cup coconut or soy milk
- Desiccated coconut
- pinch of salt
- Strawberries

The preparation is the same as for normal pancakes, except for the strawberries, which are immediately spread onto the dough when frying in the hot pan and then add some raw sugar on top. - Place the figs cut in two in a small baking dish and bake at 200°C for about 5 minutes. If desired, you can pour some raw sugar or syrup over it.
- In a bowl or bowl, arrange soy yoghurt, fruit puree, chocolate chips, ground almonds and Godji berries. Then come the figs and a topping of maple syrup.

- In heat oil in the pan, fry the bananas until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and stir with raspberry malmalade (or other).
- Alternatively, you can quickly prepare a “jam” yourself from fresh fruit in advance. All you need is a little more raw sugar.
Chocolate fudge
Ingredients for about 4 pieces:
- 30g coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 50g Mandelmus
- 1 vanilla stick or vanilla powder
- 60g Cocoa powder
- Currants or other berries
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients very well except the berries. Spread the mixture into a flat baking pan on baking paper and smooth it out nicely.
- Let stand in the fridge until the fudge sets and decorate with fresh berries.

- 6 tbsp chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300g dates – soaked in water for about 1 hour
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 1 cup Godji berries or cranberries soaked in coffee
- 300g chopped walnuts
For the filling:
- 1 Banana
- 2 Avocados
- 5-6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 75g Coconut Mouse or Coconut Fat
- 4 tablespoons agave nectar or alternative maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water or the juice of one tangerine
- 50-100g dark chocolate or chocolate coating
Preparation of the soil:
- Mix the soaked dates, berries with 150g walnuts, desiccated coconut and cocoa powder and process into a uniform mass. Add the remaining walnuts and knead into a dough.
- Grease a small baking pan with coconut oil or cover it with baking paper, then spread the dough evenly on it and put it in the fridge.
Preparation of the filling:
- Puree the bananas and avocados and mix with cocoa powder, syrup, coconut butter and water. The chocolate is added melted. Mix everything well and spread on the base. The surface is painted smooth and decorated with berries as desired.
- The whole cake should be refrigerated at least 2 hours before eating.
