- 10 chicken legs
- 60 ml vinegar

Place the thighs in the cooking basket, which you have previously greased a little. Then deep-fry the chicken thighs for 15 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown and crispy. Mix a little salt and pepper with the parsley on a plate and roll the steak in it so that it is covered with the spices on all sides. Then use a kitchen brush to brush the steak with a tablespoon of coconut ghee. Then bake the potatoes in the Airfryer at 180 degrees with a tablespoon of olive oil for 10 minutes.
In a small deep fryer-safe bowl that will fit in it, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of coconut ghee with the coconut milk, garlic and remaining spices, then add the mushrooms and set aside. Schnitzel
- 300 g veal fillet (alternatively pork schnitzel)

Wash the cutlets and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Place flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in each of three deep plates, breaking the eggs with a fork and seasoning with salt and pepper. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix the selected spices together and season the vegetables with them. Then add a little more olive oil. Sift the flour and sprinkle a little on the trays. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Meanwhile, in a bowl with a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is almost white in color. Add the melted chocolate and then the flour and mix everything together well. Now distribute the finished dough evenly in the baking trays (approx. two-thirds). Bake them at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool for two to three minutes before removing them from the tins. The core of the cake should still be liquid and melt when you cut into it. That's where the name comes from.
Meatballs
- 900 g ground beef
- 2 Owner
- 200 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 55g Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
- Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- pepper and salt
- 1 teaspoon oil for rubbing the cooking basket
Mix all ingredients together. This works best with your hands. But you can also use a wooden spoon to help. Take a little of the mince and form it into a small ball with your hands. You can determine the size yourself. Place the finished meatballs in the greased cooking basket and deep-fry them at 175 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Then turn the meatballs over once and fry for another 5 minutes. Tomato sauce tastes good with it. But fries or roasted vegetables can also be served with it.
