  • 60 mlLiquor
  • 3 tsp white, refined cane sugar
  • 1 fresh lime
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Preparation:

  • First wash the lime, cut off the tops, halve them, remove the white stalk and only then quarter them. Squeeze these in a cocktail glass with a mortar - this releases the aromatic substances from the shell and the sour juice from the inside.
  • Add the cane sugar and let it dissolve for 2 minutes so that the flavors can mix well. Then mash lightly in the glass for about 30 seconds.
