Cocktails with beer: Enjoy the summer evenings with drinks of a special kind!

Does that sound a little strange at first? We can understand that. But we promise that they will be positive from the cocktails with beer. Because differently, what you may believe at first, the actually bitter beer tastes wonderful with sweet ingredients! But be careful, it could pop.

What you should know about beer cocktails

In general, of course, you have freedom to experiment with the ingredients and combinations and to find your own creations. But we still want to point out the usual “rules” for beer mixing.

  • Wheat beer is considered the best choice because it contains more carbon dioxide than others. This makes the cocktail more lively.
  • The cocktail shaker is by no means used here, at least not as soon as the beer component has been added. You know for yourself what happens when you shake beer bottles and cans too much.
  • Ice cubes definitely belong to cocktails, but not to beer, as it makes it too watery. To avoid this, simply prepare ice cubes of another kind: freeze syrup or fruit liqueur in ice cubes and use them to cool the finished drink.
  • All cocktails can of course also be prepared with non -alcoholic beer.

Daibeeri mixen

  • 6 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl Zuckersirup
  • 10 cl Weißer Rum
  • 20 cl Helles
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slice

Put ice cubes in a wine glass, mix juice, syrup and rum and also put the mix in the glass. Fill up with the light and decorate with the lime.

Free cubeer

  • 2 limes
  • 20 cl brown rum
  • 10 cl Cola
  • 30 cl Brown Ale
  • Ice cubes

Quarter the lime. Place the fruit pieces on the glass walls. Put around, cola and ale in the glass. Complete!

Pina Colada with Kölsch

  • 4 cl Cocoscreme
  • 8 cl of the ananassft
  • 4 cl white rum
  • Crushed Ice
  • Kölsch

Put cream, juice and rum together with the ice in a cocktail shaker, mix and fill everything a suitable cocktail glass (usually high and bulbous for Pina Colada). Now fill up with the beer.

Mojito with wheat beer

  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 1 heaped El Weißer cane sugar
  • 5 cl Weißer Rum
  • 3 mint branches
  • Crushed Ice

Put the mint in a glass. If these are too long, just bend them. Pour juice and rum and sweeten with the sugar. Press the mint to release your flavors. Add the desired amount of ice cream and fill up with the wheat beer.

Recipe with aperol

  • 3 cl Aperol
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • Wheat beer
  • Eis

Fill a glass with ice cubes or crushed ICE, add aperol and juice and fill up with the beer.

Red beer cocktail with Bacardi and Cranberry

  • 150 ml of beer
  • 30 cl Bacardi
  • Cranberrysaft
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime and salt optional

Moisten the edge of a glass with water and dip it in salt. Pour the beer in and then the bacardi and juice. Cool the drink with ice cubes and decorate with lime.

Fruity champagne cocktail

  • 50 ml peach juice
  • 50 ml of strawberry puree
  • Guilt
  • Pils

Put the juice and puree in a glass, then fill it up to half with sparkling wine and finally with the Pils.

Serve sparkling wine tooin this way.

Brause with Ginger Ale

  • 1 cl Grenadine
  • 10 cl Ginger-Ale
  • non -alcoholic Kölsch
  • Crushed Ice
  • Optional cherry and lime

Take a beer or high cocktail glass and fill it to three quarters with ice cream. Add the grenadine and the ginger-Ale and fill up with the beer. Decorate with a cherry and lime disk on request.

Iced tea differently

  • Green tea
  • non -alcoholic beer
  • Rosemary
  • Lime

You put a few rosemary wire in a glass, you can also easily crush them for a stronger aroma. Also add a few lime slices. Pour cooled (and preferably pre -cooled) green tea in the glass and fill up with cold beer. You can also cool with ice cream. The quantities depend on your taste.

Virgin Kokos-Ananas-Cocktail

  • 2 cl Coconut syrup
  • 10 cl of the ananassft
  • 6 cl orange juice
  • 200 ml non -alcoholic beer
  • Ice cubes

First mix syrup and juices in a glass and finally fill up with the beer. You can add ice cubes to cool.
