Make your own ice cream – recipes with yogurt and fruit without an ice cream maker

Treat your family and guests to delicious ice cream with yogurt and fruit - you don't need an ice cream maker for the recipe! And best of all – it is not only a delicious but also a healthy dessert. The children will definitely look forward to it!

Alsowithout an ice cream makeryou can prepare delicious desserts. In order for the end result to be really successful, you have to let the ice cream freeze to at least -15 degrees for about 5-6 hours.

Recipe for ice cream with citrus fruits and coconut milk/quark/yoghurt:

Ingredients – fruits/kiwi, strawberries, berries, watermelon other citrus fruits depending on taste. Our tip – choose seasonal fruits/coconut milk/quark/yoghurt. Peel the fruit and then either slice it or puree it finely. Add coconut milk/quark/yoghurt and let the mixture freeze in popsicle molds/or in larger ice cube trays/. If desired, fruit juice (e.g. orange juice, agave juice) can be added. Always test the mixture now so that it doesn't become too sweet. After 5-6 hours the dessert is ready. Just before serving, dip the popsicle containers in hot water for two seconds and then remove the ice cream.
