24 dried plums
24 peeled almonds
12 slices of bacon

Ingredients:
1 can of kidney beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 large tomato, peeled and diced
¼ tsp cumin
¼ cup coriander
¼ cup red onion
4 avocados, pitted
½ cup Parmesan or hard cheese of your choice, grated
1 lime, juiced

Kidney beansDrain and heat in a pot with a little oil, add the pressed garlic. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Allow to cool. Place tomatoes, cilantro, onions, lime juice in a bowl. Add ¾ of the whole amount of grated cheese and mix everything well. Before serving, halve, pit and stuff the avocados. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Ingredients for 30 small balls:

250g prawns, cooked and peeled
¼ Cup Mayonnaise

Tabasco sauce

1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
¼ sweet white wine
1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp vegetable oil
2 EL Creme Fraiche
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out the morsels with a small ring. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Let it cool and cut out a smaller circle in the middle, but not all the way to the end.
With shrimp filling:Cut some of the shrimp into small pieces and use the rest later for decoration. Mix the chopped shrimp with mayo and ketchup well in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, a little Tabasco sauce and dill. Chill and fill the puff pastry circles with it before serving. Garnish each with a shrimp and sprinkle with a little dill.
With mushroom filling:Heat butter and oil in a pan. Briefly fry the mushrooms and garlic until the mushrooms are cooked. Add the wine. Stir constantly and add crème fraîche after a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and cool. Fill the puff pastry circles and sprinkle with smoked paprika powder.
Potato wedgeswith parmesan
Ingredients:
3 – 4 large potatoes, cleaned and cut into wedges
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian spice mix
2 tsp paprika powder
¼ cup Parmesan, shaved
2 stalks fresh parsley or coriander
For the yogurt dip: 200 g yogurt
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix the potatoes thoroughly in a bowl with the spices and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 40 minutes. Ingredients:
1 pack grated cheese (cheddar)
225g cream cheese
1 can finely chopped tomatoes, strained

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Tortillas
Mix all ingredients except the tortillas thoroughly in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the mix to each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Slice before serving.

Ingredients:
24 Ritz Crackers
2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
115g cream cheese
½ dark chocolate, grated and in the form of chips
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
115 g mild cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Melt dark chocolate over steam and set a small amount aside. Mix the melted chocolate and cream cheese thoroughly. Take some of the cheese and chocolate mix and spread it on a cracker. Garnish with raspberries and drizzle with a little melted chocolate on top.
Mix in the cream cheese and strawberries, spread over the crackers and decorate with a halved strawberry.
Mini waffles with chocolate icing
Ingredients for the waffles:
1 ½ cup flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ salt
¾ cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
¾ Milch
½ Vanilla
For the chocolate icing:
½ dark chocolate, grated or chips
1 TL Butter
Sugar sprinkles to decorate
Place flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar and oil thoroughly with a mixer. Then mix with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Brush the waffle iron with a little oil and add just a little bit of the waffle batter to make mini waffles. In a smaller bowl, melt the chocolate over a water bath. Drizzle this over the mini waffles and decorate with colorful sugar sprinkles.
Vegetableswith a delicious dip in a glass
Ingredients for the dip:
⅓ cup cilantro or parsley, chopped
⅓ cup dill, fresh, chopped
⅓ cup chives
Juice ½ lemon
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 THE Mayonnaise
½ cup yogurt, mild
½ cup sour cream
⅓ goat cheese, chopped into small pieces
1 – 2 tsp anchovy paste
