- 600 grams of chicken breast fillets
- 200 Grams Conrflakea
- 120 grams of wheat flour

- 400 grams sweet potatoes, cut into large pieces
- 50 grams butter, melted
- 40 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Whisk together the wheat flour and paprika powder in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in a second bowl.
- Roughly crumble the cornflakes in a third bowl with your hands.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook sweet potatoes in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut the chicken either into small bites or thin strips.
- First roll the chicken in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the cornflakes.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and turn.
- Fry for another 1-2 minutes and let dry on kitchen paper.
