Ingredients

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 120 grams butter, at room temperature

  • Place butter, milk, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until creamy.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir with a whisk to form a smooth dough.
  • Wash the blueberries and fold them into the dough.
  • Divide the batter into the muffin tins.
  • Bake the muffins in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Alternatively, you can bake the blueberry muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
