Ingredients:

  • 180 grams of almond flour
  • 125 grams of high quality dark chocolate
  • 125 Gramm Butter
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 3 owner, gr. M
  • The grated bowl of 1 orange
  • 1 Great Marnier Oder Rum
  • Powdered sugar to sprinkle

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking pan with a diameter of 20 centimeters well and dust slightly with flour.
  • Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a water bath over low heat and with constant stirring until they get a smooth and shiny mass.

  • Pour the dough into the prepared shape and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • The cooking times can vary from oven to oven, but remember that the Italian chocolate cake must be damp inside. It is best to make a chopstick sample after 30 minutes.
  • Take the cake out of the oven and let cool for 1 hour in the mold.
  • Loosen from the mold and let cool for another 2-3 hours.

Vegan Italian chocolate cake

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of almond flour
  • 120 grams of powdered sugar
  • 180 grams of white chocolate, very finely chopped
  • 100 grams of native olive oil extra

  • 60 grams of crystal sugar
  • 50 grams of potato or corn starch
  • The grated bowl of 2 lemons
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 5 gram baking powder
  • 30 grams of candied lemon peel (optional but recommended)
