In principle, the salad in the glass contains everything we like to snack and love in summer: juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers and aromatic paprikaand melon. Convince yourself with the following recipe!
Ingredients for fruit vegetable salad
For 6 glasses:
- ½ melone (Z. B. Charentais)
- ½ Saladurke
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 peppers (red and orange)
- 1 spring onion
- Fresh herbs such as dill, parsley, mint and/or fountain cress
For the dressing:
- 1 avocado, peeled and gutted
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of freshly pressed lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Pepper and salt
Prepare cold starter in the glass quickly
- Peel, core and quarter the melon and cut them into bite -sized pieces.
- Cut the peppers into strips and the tomatoes and cucumber into slices.
- Prepare the dressing by disassembling the avocado and mixing with the lemon juice and the garlic. The juice prevents the avocado from becoming brown.
