- 1 kg small potatoes
- 30-40 grams of coarse sea salt

- Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Then drain the water, leaving 1-2 tablespoons in the pot and place it on the stove again without the lid.
- Let the water evaporate and shake the potatoes lightly every now and then. Care must be taken during this step and to ensure that the potatoes do not burn, you should always keep an eye on the pot.
- And voilà – it’s that easy to prepare salt-crusted Canarian potatoes.
Mojo Verde Recipe

- 70 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation:
- For the Mojo Rojo, all the ingredients are pureed in the blender to form a smooth mixture.

Preparation:
