  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml Sahne
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 100 ml alcohol (vodka or rum)
  • 5 THE Kokosraspeln
  • 2 tsp coconut extract

Preparation:

  • Place the coconut milk, cream, grated coconut, sugar and milk in a saucepan and heat on the stove until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and then chill it very well in the refrigerator.
  • Add the alcohol and coconut extract and mix well.
  • Filter the liquid through a sieve or towel and bottle it. To obtain a smooth coconut liqueur without residue, it is important to strain it several times.

  • 90 g Coconut grater
  • 2 eggs, beaten until stiff

Preparation:

  • Stir the melted dark chocolate, coconut liqueur and coconut cream until smooth and divide the mixture in half.

  • 120 ml Coconut liqueur

Preparation:

  • Process the vanilla wafers, almonds and cocoa powder in a food processor. Mix until the desired consistency is reached (crushed flour). The mixture may still be a bit chunky due to the almonds, but it will break down better once the wet ingredients are added.
  • Add honey and coconut liqueur to mixture in food processor and process until well blended.
  • Form the mixture into balls 2-3 cm in size.
  • Roll them in granulated sugar until coated on all sides. You can also roll them in cocoa powder or powdered sugar if you prefer.
  • Store the coconut balls in the refrigerator or at room temperature and use within 2-3 days.
