Even if wethe juicy butter cakeLike our grandma, every now and then we crave something light and fruity. Wonderfully airy and irresistibly delicious – this mango mascarpone cream is a real dream and ensures a real taste explosion.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Mangos, reif
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
- 250 Gramm Mascarpone
- 50 grams of sugar
- 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 20 ml orange liqueur (optional, but recommended)
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- Fresh mint for garnish
Preparation:
- Mix the yogurt, mascarpone, sugar, orange liqueur and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and place in the refrigerator.
- Peel the mangoes, puree one and strain through a sieve.
- Dice the second mango small and mix with the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
- Layer mango puree, mascarpone, mango pieces and mascarpone in four glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
- Place the mango dessert with mascarpone in the refrigerator until serving.
Quick mango cheesecake in a glass
Ready in less than 10 minutes and super delicious – this mango cheesecake in a glass is the perfect dessert if you want to whip up something delicious in a hurry.
Ingredients for 4-5 glasses:
- 300 Gramm Graham-Cracker
- 20 grams butter, melted
- 250 grams of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 120 grams of double cream
- 120 grams of cream
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- The grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into thin slices
Preparation:
- Mix the graham crackers and butter in a bowl until crumbly and spread over the bottom of the glasses. Put in the fridge.
- Beat the cream with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff.
- Add the cream cheese, double cream and lemon zest and beat for 2-3 minutes until you get a thick and fluffy mixture.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the glasses, top with mango slices and spread the remaining cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired and your mango cheesecake in a glass is ready!
Mango-Dessert in Glass: Coconut-Mango-Panna-Cotta
This Coconut Mango Panna Cotta is a delightful mango dessert in a glass that will transport your taste buds to the tropics after the first bite. It's silky, creamy and always a winner!
Ingredients for the mango layer:
- 60 ml water, cold
- 7 Gramm Gelatinepulver
- 3 Mangos, reif
Coconut layer:
- 60 ml water, cold
- 7 Gramm Gelatinepulver
- 380 ml canned coconut milk
- 300 grams of coconut cream
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Preparation:
- For the mango layer, put the water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatine over it. Let rest for 5-7 minutes.
- Halve the mangoes, scoop out the flesh and puree them finely in a blender.
- Heat mango puree in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, melt gelatin mixture in the microwave for 10 seconds and add to the pot.
- Stir well and remove from heat.
- Cover the pot with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.
- For the coconut layer, put the water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatine over it. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Melt the gelatine in the microwave for 10 seconds and add it to the coconut mixture.
- Sieve the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Pour about half of the coconut mixture into 4 glasses, cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Spread the mango puree on top and carefully pour the remaining coconut mixture over it.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours and your mango panna cotta is ready!
Creamy mango mousse
This creamy mango mousse is the perfect mango dessert in a jar for special occasions or when you're just craving something light and delicious.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Mangos, reif
- 30 grams of brown sugar
- 120 grams of whipped cream
Preparation:
- Peel the mangoes and puree them finely in a blender.
- Add sugar and stir until smooth.
- Beat the cream with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff and carefully fold in the mango mixture.
- Pour the mango mousse into 4 glasses, cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Garnish with chopped nuts or chocolate if desired and enjoy!
Mango dessert with yogurt and raspberries

- 200 grams of frozen raspberries, thawed
- 200 grams of Greek yogurt
- 200 grams of cream
- 16 ladyfingers
- 20 grams of powdered sugar
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Preparation:
- Peel the mango and puree it finely with the lemon juice.
- Finely puree the raspberries with the powdered sugar and mash them lightly with a fork.
- Beat the cream with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until stiff.
- Add the yogurt and vanilla extract to the cream and stir gently.
- Place 2 ladyfingers in each of 4 glasses and top with some raspberry puree and cream.
- Spread the mango puree on top and top with the remaining ladyfingers.
- Layer the raspberry puree, cream and mango puree in the glasses and place in the refrigerator until serving.
Mango-Chia-Pudding

- 1 Mango, reif
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 50 grams of chia seeds
- 20 grams of maple syrup
Preparation:
- Mix coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir the mixture again and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
- In the meantime, puree the mango finely in the blender.
- Layer chia mixture and mango cubes alternately in 2 glasses and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
