Ingredients for the dough:

  • 230 grams of wheat flour
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs, at room temperature
  • 200 grams of whipped cream
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 pack of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Mandel-Topping:

  • 120 grams butter, softened
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of sliced ​​almonds
  • 70 ml milk

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
