- 150g raspberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g butter biscuit

Strain the raspberries through a sieve and add them to the cream cheese. Then pour the fruit and cream cheese mixture over the cake base. Chill the small cakes for another two hours. Finally, spread the cream on the tart base and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Thaw 30 minutes before serving and garnish with berries of your choice.
Bundt cake recipes
If you would like to surprise your guests for a special occasion or simply for a coffee party with a tasty and newly interpreted cake classic, then you can bake these little bundt cakes. You can bake attractive and juicy yogurt bundt cakes in small format using these ingredients:
- 180 g Flour
- 100g sugar
- 170 g natural yogurt
- 2 Owner
- 60g butter, melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
For the glaze:
- 120g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp raspberry juice
- 3 tbsp water

If you are paying attention to a reduced calorie intake, you can bake this gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free recipe for small chocolate cakes.
Ingredients for four tarts:
- 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 35 g coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 TL Backnatron
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 TL for Van
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 50 ml Coconut beer
- 60 ml coconut milk

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and add to the remaining ingredients. Then fold in the whipped egg whites. Bake the mini cakes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes. Let the small cakes cool down.
