• Add the parmesan and cream and mix well.
  • Add the basil and chicken to the pan and cover with the sauce.
  • Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella and cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with additional basil and serve hot over rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
