Crispy mozzarella chicken from the oven in a basil cream sauce

Since the sauce is actually made without cream, one serving only has 276 calories. But trust us – no one will notice the difference!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 130 grams Mozzarella Light, cut into slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon each paprika powder, salt and pepper

Basilicum-Sahnesauce:

  • 45 Gramm Butter
  • 30 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Basil Pesto
  • 120 ml milk
  • 180 ml chicken stock
  • some fresh basil, chopped finely
  • Salt and pepper
