  • 170 g Flour
  • 125g soft butter
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • Grated zest of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Butter for greasing
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
