  • 250g sea bass fillet with skin, each fillet cut into 4 strips

  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth powder
  • Sesame oil, roasted

First, rinse the fish under cold running water. Pour the water into a wok pan and bring it to the boil. Add all ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then season the soup with sesame oil, salt and pepper and garnish with coriander.

  • 450g chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • 1 l pork stock
  • 3 Baby Pak Choi
  • 3 carrots, julienned
  • 10 medium shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 medium shallots, diced
  • 1 pack of rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (or salt to taste)
  • To garnish: coriander, chopped; shallots, sliced; freshly squeezed lime juice

Heat the olive oil and sauté the shiitake mushrooms and shallots. Then add ginger and garlic. Add meat, baby bok choy, carrots and fish sauce and cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Distribute the finished noodles into bowls and pour broth over them. After 5 minutes, add some of the chicken and vegetables, season with lime juice and garnish with shallots and coriander.

Ingredients:

  • 195 g basmati rice (or rice of your choice)
  • 3 Bags Pack Choi
  • 2 tablespoons coconut beer
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 TL Curry powder
  • 1/4 TL rote Pfefferflocken
  • 235 ml vegetable broth (or water)
  • 425 g canned chickpeas, drained
  • 425g coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Cook rice. Fry onion in oil for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, curry powder, red pepper flakes and a good pinch each of salt and pepper. Cook for another minute, stirring occasionally. Add vegetable broth, chickpeas and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes. Then mix in the pak choi and lime juice and continue cooking for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 300 g beef loin (ideally 1.5 cm thick)
