  • 1 tbsp truffle or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Freshly grated Parmesan to taste
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and butter the bread slices on both sides.
  • Drizzle the bread slices with truffle oil and then toast them in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Season tomatoes with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
