Simple recipe for guacamole – the ingredients
The ingredients listed below are enough for at least 2 people. They need between 15 and 20 minutes to prepare. Our tip: Allow another hour to cool down.
· 1 Avocado
· ½ tomato, peeled
· 1 clove of garlic
· ¼ onion, red
· Juice of 1 lime
· ½ pepper, green
· Parsley
· 25 ml olive oil
· Salt
The preparation step by step
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, slide a spoon between the peel and the flesh and scoop it out. Gently mash the pulp with a spoon or fork.
Finely chop all other ingredients – the tomato, garlic clove, red onion, parsley and pepper and add to the mixture.
Stir in all ingredients well.
Season with the lime juice.
Serve the guacamole cold with chips. The dip also goes perfectly on tortillas, with baguettes, and can be served with fries or potato wedges.
