Prepare the puff pastry in the sandwich maker

  • Place the dough on the iron (preferably greased beforehand) and let the sandwich maker get hot.
  • Meanwhile, fill the segments with the selected ingredients. You should do this as quickly as possible so that the top layer of dough that you then add can be baked through without the bottom layer, which already has a lead, burning.
  • Prick the top dough several times with a fork or kebab skewer to allow the hot air to escape.
