What is a shake pizza anyway? Well, as the name suggests, all the ingredients are put in a bowl and then shaken well - perfect for a quick lunch or dinner during the week! And when it comes to pizza toppings, almost anything is possible. So have fun and create your own culinary creations.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of flour
- 3 Owner
- 250 ml milk
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 150 grams mushrooms, diced
- 200 grams of ham or salami
- 250 grams of mozzarella, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper,
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl with a lid and close tightly.
- Shake vigorously so that the ingredients mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- And voilà – this is probably the easiest shake pizza recipe!
Low carb shake pizza
You want after the holidaysget rid of winter fatand are you currently on a diet? Then you will love this recipe for low carb shake pizza! We already tried it over the weekend and can guarantee you that it tastes wonderful.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 grams red pepper, diced
- 100 grams red onion, diced
- 100 grams mushrooms, chopped small
- 100 grams of canned tuna, drained
- 3 Owner
- 300 grams of low-fat quark or Skyr
- 150 grams of mozzarella, grated
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning or oregano
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a large baking tray or 2 small baking tins with baking paper.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl, close and shake well.
- Spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
- Enjoy!
Vegan Pizza
No dough to knead and ready in no time - this recipe for vegan shake pizza will be the whole family's new favorite, we promise.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of spelled flour
- 100 ml water, lukewarm
- 1/2 pack of dry yeast
- 50 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 grams mushrooms, diced small
- 40 grams dried tomatoes, diced small
- 100 grams spinach, chopped small
- 1 tsp basil
- Some walnuts (optional, but recommended)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl with a lid, close and shake vigorously.
- Spread the dough on the baking sheet and press it into the pizza pan.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the vegan shake pizza with vegan parmesan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with a vegan sauce of your choice and enjoy!
Shake pizza recipe for the Thermomix
And of course a shake pizza recipe for the Thermomix should not be missing! After all, the Thermomix is our most loyal friend in the kitchen and is used almost every day, right?
Ingredients:
- 180 grams of flour
- 230 ml milk
- 3 Owner
- 1 root Paprika
- 1 yellow pepper
- 250 grams of mushrooms
- 250 grams of salami
- 250 grams of Gouda cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut the salami, cheese, peppers and mushrooms in the Thermomix and grate finely for 6 seconds/speed setting 5. Transfer to a bowl.
- Place eggs, milk, flour and basil in mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds/speed 5.
- Add the egg mixture to the remaining ingredients in the bowl, close and shake well.
- Spread the dough evenly on the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- And your shake pizza from the Thermomix is ready.
