Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1/2 bunch chives, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 yellow and 1 red pepper, chopped small
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 gherkins
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 50 ml Balsamic
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 TL Sambal Oelek
Cook the spaghetti, drain, allow to cool and then mix with the vegetables. Stir in sambal, vinegar, oil and pressed garlic and serveSalatsauceuse. Mix everything well and let it steep for at least an hour.
