You may have already heard of the Stone Age diet, which only includes foods that were already present in the Stone Age. So everything follows the “hunter and gatherer” principle. Prepare tortillas
– 2 Owner
– 5 ml (1 tsp) melted ghee or coconut oil
– 15 ml water
– 33 g Marantapulver
– 1 tsp coconut oil
– 1 pinch of sea salt

Break the eggs into a bowl and stir in the ghee and water. Then mix this well with the dry ingredients. You then use this finished dough like you would for pancakes to make the tortillas. Egg salad
– 1 Avocado
– 6 hard-boiled eggs
– 3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
– 4 strips of crispy fried bacon
– 1/2 cup spring onions
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Salad my Bacon
The hard-boiled eggshave to cool down first. Peel them and put them in the fridge. Then, using a fork, mash the avocado and eggs together with the salt and garlic in a bowl. Add the onions, bacon and tomatoes and stir. If necessary, season with a little more salt or garlic. The egg salad also makes a great filling for the tortillas.
Garlic and Jalapeno Chicken
– 1 jalapeno chili pepper
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 chicken breast in small cubes
First, fry the chopped garlic clove in a little coconut oil over low heat. Then add the chili pepper and fry for a minute. Then add the diced chicken breast and fry until the meat is cooked through.
Pizza dough recipe
– 1 cup tapioca flour and some more for rolling out
– 1/3 cup coconut flour
– 1 tsp sea salt
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup warm water
– 1 large, beaten egg
If you want to make this pizza, combine the two types of flour and the salt in a medium bowl. Add the water and oil and stir everything together. Next add the egg, then mix everything well again. Now add coconut flour little by little to get a smooth but sticky part. Then sprinkle the worktop with flour and place the dough on it. Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky. Shape it into a ball and roll it out on baking paper into a thin pizza. Now you can top and bake as desired.
Stuffed mushrooms
– any number of mushrooms
– Eggs in the same quantity
– Parma ham
– Pfeffer
– fresh parsley or thyme

You decide the amount of mushrooms yourself. This also depends on how many eggs and ham you will need. All you need from the mushrooms are the hats. Brush the mushrooms inside and out with olive oil, then spread them on a baking sheet. Place a few slices of ham and then an egg inside each mushroom and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how hard you want the eggs.
Bake pancakes
Pancakes are great for breakfast, as well as an afternoon snack or even as dessert. If you would like to make pancakes that fit the Paleo diet, you can try this recipe:
– 1 Bags Mandelmehl
– 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
– 1 THE Kokosmehl
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup water or carbonated water
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 1 Tbsp Coconut juice
– 1/2 cup fresh berries
To make the pancakes, simply mix all the ingredients together except for the berries. The result is a dough that is probably a little thicker than you are used to in other recipes. Then prepare the pancakes in the pan as usual. You can then serve these with the fresh berries.
Muffins with cinnamon and apples
– 2 small apples in pieces
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 5 large eggs
– 1/2 cup coconut flour
– 2 tbsp cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp nutmeg
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease the muffin tin. Put the apples with the lemon juice in a pot and cover with water. Cover and let the apples cook for about 10 minutes. Then process the soft apple pieces into puree in a blender and let it cool, then mix it with the other ingredients in the blender and process it into a dough. Fill the molds and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes.
