Preparation:First preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan and grease a donut tray. Add the eggs, milk, baking soda, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix everything well, then gradually add the flour and knead into a smooth dough with the mixer. Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 1 hour. Then portion the dough and shape the individual portions into balls. Use a teaspoon to make holes in the center of the ball and then place the individual donuts in the donut tray. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
For the cream:Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with a hand blender at medium speed for 5-7 minutes until a fluffy and creamy consistency is achieved. Depending on your needs, add more powdered sugar to thicken or whipped cream to thin the chocolate cream.
The chocolate for the icingMelt in a water bath, then put in a saucepan with the sugar and let melt over low heat. You should get a thick, smooth mixture. Remove the glaze from the heat and let it cool at room temperature for 3-4 minutes.

- 360 ml whipped cream
- 600 g vanilla egg cream
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 4 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon and another 1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 20 Mini-Donuts
- 1/2 Likör (Amaretto) – optional
- Strawberries, halved
- other berries
- Watermelon
- 40g powdered sugar
For the fruity filling:Put the berries, the halved strawberries and the powdered sugar in a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Set the bowl aside for 10 minutes.
For the cream:Put the whipped cream, vanilla egg cream and mascarpone in a bowl and mix the ingredients until smooth.
Now layer the cake:Place 10 donuts in a 22cm diameter springform pan. Drizzle them with the liqueur and spread them with the cream and mascarpone cream. Spread a handful of berries over the cream. This is followed by another layer of donuts and then another layer of cream. Then cut stars out of the watermelon using cookie cutters and garnish the cake with the watermelon and halved strawberries.
For the colorful birthday cake you need the following ingredients:

- 200g sugar

Preparation:Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan. Grease a Savarin baking pan. Mix the sugar and butter with the mixer into a creamy and fluffy mixture. Add the eggs one at a time and stir in, adding the vanilla sugar at the end. Then sift the flour, baking soda and salt and divide into three. Add the three parts of flour alternately with the milk to the egg mixture. Knead all the ingredients into a dough, divide the dough into three and fill the first part into the Savarin baking pan. The baking pan should be half full. Bake the first cake base for 30 minutes, then let it cool. Continue filling the baking pan halfway with dough and then bake the second cake layer for 30 minutes. Then bake the third cake layer and let it cool.
For the glazeDivide the ingredients into three and place in three bowls. Mix the ingredients in the first bowl with the green food coloring, in the second with the blue food coloring and in the third with the pink food coloring.
Layer the cake:Place the first cake layer on a cake stand and decorate with the green icing, then place the second cake layer on top and press down lightly.
