Last minute gift - Homemade chocolate as Valentine's Day desserts with Lindor balls
Melt any chocolate you like and make your own mix on baking paper. You can also color white chocolate with food coloring as desired. You simply always have to let the previous layer set before spreading the next one on top. You can create any mix and pattern you want here. For example, instead of layers, mix several blobs of different colored chocolate to create a marble effect. While the last layer of chocolate is still liquid, press in halved Lindor balls (or whole ones if the chocolate is thick) and sprinkle with sprinkles and edible pearls.
