Weight Watchers Cookies: Crispy cookies with chocolate chips for 3 Smart Points
The Weight Watchers concept is based on counting points, the so-called “SmartPoints” and each individual food receives a point value. The program is very popular and, depending on your weight, you can lose 1-2 kilos per week. Even if you're unfamiliar with the diet, these mini chocolate chip cookies are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth during the holidays - guilt-free!
Ingredients for 20 cookies:
- 100 grams of whole wheat flour
- 20 grams butter, at room temperature
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 80 grams dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Beat butter, brown sugar and vegetable oil in a large bowl with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until creamy.
- Mix in the egg whites and vanilla extract and stir well.
- Add wheat flour and baking powder and knead into a smooth dough.
- Mix in the chocolate pieces and form 20 small balls.
- Flatten slightly with your hands and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Healthier vanilla crescents for 2 smart points
Who doesn't love them? Vanilla crescents are probably THE classic at Christmas time and taste simply wonderful! So it's good that we have a suitable recipe for healthier Weight Watchers cookies!
Ingredients for 30 pieces:
- 50 grams of ground almonds
- 120 grams of wheat flour
- 50 grams of sugar
- 100 grams butter, semi-fat
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 15 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Preparation:
- Whisk together wheat flour, ground almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl.
- Add butter, egg yolk and vanilla extract and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Form rolls of dough about 1 cm thick into crescents and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Toss the still warm vanilla crescents in powdered sugar and voilà – your Weight Watchers cookies are ready!
Cinnamon stars for 2 Smart Points
These cinnamon stars for 2 Smart Points are in no way inferior to the original and are clear proof that Weight Watchers cookies also taste delicious!
Ingredients for 30 pieces:
- 120 grams of ground almonds
- 40 grams of wheat flour
- 120 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Beat the egg whites in a large bowl with a hand mixer for 5-6 minutes until very stiff, gradually adding the powdered sugar.
- Set aside about a quarter of the mixture.
- Add ground almonds, wheat flour and cinnamon to the meringue mixture and mix carefully.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of cling film to about 5 cm thick and cut out small stars.
- Spread the cookies with the remaining meringue mixture and bake for 15-17 minutes.
- And your healthier cinnamon stars are ready to eat!
Weight Watchers Cookies: Low-calorie rum balls

And what would Christmas be without some aromatic gingerbread cookies? With 6 Smart Points and 150 calories per serving, these Weight Watchers cookies are not that low in calories, but consist only of healthy ingredients.
Ingredients for 24 pieces:
- 350 grams of whole wheat flour
- 180 grams semi-fat butter, at room temperature
- 150 grams of brown sugar
- 130 grams of molasses
- 1 No
- 1 teaspoon each cinnamon and ground ginger
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Preparation:
- Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy, 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in egg, molasses and vanilla and mix well.
- Add wholemeal flour, spices and baking powder and knead into a smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of baking paper to about 5 cm thick and cut out gingerbread men using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- Decorate the Weight Watchers cookies as you like and enjoy!

Have you ever eaten whoopie pies? If nothing, then it's time to change this! The American cookies are super soft and delicious and taste like Oreos. Sounds good, right?
Ingredients for 18 pieces:
- 120 grams of whole wheat flour
- 25 grams of cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 30 grams of semi-fat butter
- 1 egg white
- 120 ml low-fat milk
- 100 Gramm Marshmallow-Fluff
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Beat the egg whites, sugar, butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl with a hand mixer for 4-5 minutes until fluffy.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix to form a smooth dough.
- Form 36 cookies and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and spread marshmallow fluff on half of the cookies.
