This attractive house with wood wall cladding is a private residence in Phoenix, Arizona. It was originally built in 1980 and since no special renovations were carried out since then, the wood was particularly poor. The new owner whoVilladiscovered on a business trip, immediately recognized the potential and bought it. He is also thanks to the now extremely impressive condition of the house with wooden cladding.
The wood wall cladding is not only found outdoors, but also inside and gives the house a cozy and exotic atmosphere in both areas. Rotholz serves as the material, which was also given the most attention during the renovation. For this reason, it now looks like new. It adorns the outer facade and emphasizes wonderfully the redesignedGarden with pool. The latter was also changed. It was reduced to create a little more space on the small property. The former guest house was also renovated with wood wall cladding by opening one of the walls and provided with sliding windows and now serves as a bedroom. This design was inspired by the different hotels in which the owner was accommodated at different vacation.
On the inside, the wall cladding looks particularly attractive through the various shades of color, which are formed by the boards. In this way, almost all rooms are designed, including the living room and the office. The bedroom also has its own shower, which is separated from the rest of the room by glass walls and thus forms a practical wet room. Take a look at more photos of the house with wood wall cladding below. Let yourself be inspired and enchanted by the magic of the wood!
