This modern house is located on a corner property in a typical 30s area in the center of Eindhoven, Netherlands. It consists of a building and stretches over only one living level that is completely oriented according to the inner courtyard with a spacious lawn area. The interior is open and very minimalist. The one side of the house that is geared towards the green is made entirely of glass. Both inside and outside, the vertical surfaces covers a beautiful stone cladding for wall, which is made of limestone.

The flat concrete ceiling is remarkable, in which small openings and skylights indicate great eye -catchers. The inside of the floor is also made of light concrete and harmonizes perfectly with the stone cladding for wall. The focus of the interior design is the light -grasped limestone with a sanded surface, which is partly directed to the outside by the glass walls. The facility issimple and minimalist.
