Han chair and swing in an industrial style of living

This generously dimensioned and modern house is located in Tel Aviv and was designed in 2014 by the Neuman Hayner architecture firm. The L-shaped villa was built for a family of four, but also offers enough space for guests. The house consists of two cubes that combine to form an L-shaped floor plan. A large garden, swimming pool and various corners to relax create an inviting ambience. The hanging furniture, such as hanging chairs and swing, cannot be overlooked in this luxurious facility.

The public areas are accommodated in the front building. On the ground floor there is a study, the living room, kitchen, dining room and on the first floor. The four -meter -wide corridor is an extension of the terrace and separates the public house wing from the private sector. The rear building is the private area, which is divided into three floors. The ground floor contains a living room, two children's rooms, laundry room and guest toilet. On the upper floor there is the main sleeping room and a broad passage to the library in the front building. The bridge, reinforced by a 120 cm wide concrete strip, throws shadows over the ground floor. The bridge is made of white pine wood and runs as a beam to the main bedroom and the neighboring open bathroom with concrete floor on both sides.

Trees fill out the atrium and the natural material is also used in the passage to beautify the concrete strips. The swimming pool is covered with marble and flows to the bamboo trees as a waterfall. Bamboo sticks are also used for the railing and the outer walls. The house includes many hanging objects such as swing, hanging lamps, hanging armchairs outdoors and a hanging bed in the children's room. The building itself is a successful combination of concrete, steel and large glass fronts that ensure optimal light supply.
