“U Rereat” is a residential complex made up of various houses intended for recreation. Nature was used perfectly for this purpose. The building is located in the middle of nature and on the cliffs. This slope length was the basis for the construction on different levels, which not only makes the building look attractive from the outside. The interiors are also characterized by different levels, which provide an interesting variety. Another feature of the houses is the concrete look for the wall, floor, various furniture and the outdoor area, all of which create a minimalist look.
The monochrome design is combined inConcrete lookincluding a wooden floor. In some other areas, gray tiles adorn the floor. As a change from the light gray concrete, some black walls were also designed, but due to the large windows and window fronts, they make the rooms appear anything but dark. In the bedroom above you can again see the design on different levels. The sleeping area with shower, which is formed by a concrete-look wall, is easily reached via a step.
In the outdoor area
Concrete is also used outdoors. The gray facades, in combination with the modern architecture, create an attractive, minimalist look that can also be combined with wooden floors outdoors. Recovery is guaranteed in a variety of ways. In addition to a hot tub on the terrace, the condominium also offers a large swimming pool, attractively located on an elevated level. The loungers are equipped with parasols that provide pleasant shade on hot days.
Numerous stairs and passages in the form of tunnels, as well as sloping and abstractly designed beams make the houses interesting eye-catchers, while the facades and the concrete look for the walls provide an easy-care surface. Also worth mentioning is the pleasant lighting in the evenings and at night, which is spread across the entire property. Every single step, the garden paths and the slopes are all equipped with plenty of lamps, which make walking at night particularly pleasant.
