Ingredients

For hummus:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (approx. 240 g drip weight)
  • 2 El Tahini (Arriving)
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons of water

For the brownies:

  • 200 g Hummus
  • 200 g melted dark chocolate (at least 70 percent)
  • 1 large el cocoa powder
  • 2 eldattels syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

For the Tafini sauce:

  • 2 El Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1 TL peanut butter
  • 1 TL date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

preparation

  1. For theDrain and rinse chickpeas. Put all the ingredients in a mixer or kitchen machine and mix until a creamy consistency is created. If necessary, add some water gradually.
  2. Put the finished hummus in a large bowl. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan, then stir in the peanut butter. As soon as everything is creamy, add to the humus mass.
  3. Add date syrup, baking powder and walnuts and mix well. Put on a sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  4. Mix the tagini with water for the sauce until it is smooth (add more water if necessary). Stir in the peanut butter, date syrup and cocoa powder. Heat easily as desired.
  5. Serve the brownies with the sauce and enjoy!
