This recipe for delicious tortillas with potatoes is the perfect fat killer and you need nothing more than 600 g potatoes, 200 g beets, 200 g leek, 400 g zucchini, 200 g mushrooms, 40 g butter, 8 tablespoons, 8 tablespoon milk, salt & pepper. Clean the potatoes, beets, leeks, zucchini and mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Melt butter in a large pan and braise the vegetables in it until it is soft. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl and pour over the vegetables in the pan. Turn the tortilla in the pan with a plate and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with chives and enjoy! Bon appetit!
