Recipe for the most delicious pasta ever
Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 g Pasta (z. B. Spaghetti)
- 100 g of unsalted pistachios, peeled
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Parmesan
- 1 organic lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Some pasta water

preparation
- Bring a large saucepan with water to a boil, salt well and cook the pasta according to package instructions al dente.
- In the meantime, the pistachios in a blender or mortar shredly.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Finely chop the garlic and sweat briefly in the butter.
- Add lemon abrasion and the chopped pistachios and roast for one or two minutes so that the flavors unfold.
- Put the al dente cooked pasta directly out of the pot into the pan with a drawing trowel. Add a little pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Stir in the parmesan and mix well until a velvety sauce is created. Season with salt, pepper and a splash of lemon juice.
- Serve immediately and top with extra pistachios and parmesan.
