Noble and simple: The recipe for delicious cheesecake with apples and caramel in a glass

    At Christmas we usually spend more time in the kitchen than usual. Recipes that look elegant but are easy to prepare are worth their weight in gold. Our dessert in a glass is perfect for the holidays: caramel cheesecake is combined with fruity apples and seasoned deliciously.

    Here is the recipe for the caramel and apple cheesecake in a jar

    Ingredients for 4 glasses

    • 100 g butter biscuits, whole grain or nut biscuits
    • 1 tbsp sugar, brown
    • Salt
    • 2 Msp. Zimtpulver
    • 70 g butter, liquid
    • 2 apples, sour
    • 1 THE BUTTER
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1/4 TL Zimtpulver
    • 50 ml apple juice
    • 150 g Quark
    • 5 tbsp vanilla sugar
    • 80 g double cream cheese
    • 1 EL Honig
    • 100g Stage
    • 8 THE Karamellcream

    preparation

    1. Carefully crumble the cookies and place them in a bowl.
    2. Mix in the sugar, a pinch of salt and cinnamon, pour in the melted butter and mix everything well.
    3. Divide 2/3 of the mixture into four glasses (approx. 200 ml each), press down lightly and refrigerate.
    4. Meanwhile, peel the apples, quarter them, core them and cut them into small cubes. Sauté briefly in the hot butter in a pan.
    5. Mix with sugar and cinnamon, deglaze with the apple juice and simmer briefly until the liquid has largely evaporated, set aside and allow to cool.
    6. Mix the quark with 4 tablespoons of vanilla sugar, cream cheese and honey until smooth and creamy.
    7. Beat the cream with the remaining vanilla sugar until stiff and place in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
    8. Pour 2/3 of the curd cream into the glasses. Spread the apples on top, then cover with the remaining curd cream.
    9. Pour the remaining butter and crumb mixture into the glasses and cover each with 2 tablespoons of caramel cream.
    10. Pipe another cream rosette onto each and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit crumbs.
    11. If you like, refrigerate the glasses for about an hour, then serve the cheesecake in the glass and enjoy.
