    Ingredients for 20 cookies

    • 100g unsalted butter, slightly softened
    • 125g brown sugar
    • 1 egg, size M
    • 200 g self-rising flour (alternatively 200 g wheat flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder)
    • 100g high quality chocolate
    • Optional: 1 pinch of salt, a little vanilla extract or sugar
