The simple pasta dish is conjured up in just 30 minutes
- 1 large onion
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 2 away
- 50 ml white wine (optional)
- 500 g pasta
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream (or a vegan/lactose -free alternative)
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder (noble -sweet)
- Parsley or basil for garnish
- Peel the onion and chop into fine cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and braise the onion. Add the mushrooms. Fry both and, if necessary, pour in a little more oil. When the mushrooms are slightly browned, everything with a little white wine, or alternatively with a little broth, deglaze and evaporate.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, pour vegetable broth to the mushrooms and let it boil down briefly. Then pour in the cream. Let everything boil down for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season with salt, pepper and some paprika powder.
- Serve the poured pasta with the mushroom sauce and garnish with a little parsley or basil. If you like, you can also spread a little Parmesan.

Tip: If you want a little more vegetables, you can lift baby spinach under your sauce towards the end of the cooking time. This ensures pretty green splashes of color in the sauce and fits well with the mushrooms.
