    Quick recipe for a quick vegetable tray with chicken

    Ingredients:

    • 600 g potatoes, waxy
    • 2 Paprika
    • 400 g shredded chicken
    • 500 g broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    • 2 onions
    • ½ Rotated glass Pesto
    • Salt and pepper

    Preparation:

    1. Cut the potatoes into cubes, wash the peppers, peel the onions and chop both into small pieces. If you are using fresh broccoli, cut it into small pieces too. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
    2. Spread potatoes, onion, peppers and broccoli on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Wash the chicken and also put it on the tray. Season with salt and pepper and spread the pesto over it. Mix everything well and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes - baking time varies from oven to oven.
