Rosewood Schloss FuschlAccording to Dr. Barbara Sturm: Glowy Skin has to do with inflammation
The fresh, radiant complexion is a symbol of youth. And with it also a lunevity goal. Therefore, it is hardly surprising that what the longevity harms is also the glow. "Inflammation and aging belong closely together," says Dr. Barbara Sturm, who describes herself as an anti -inflammatory doctor because she brought the innovations from anti -inflammatory medicine to skin care.
“Simply put, describe inflammation processes that. It is important that this takes place when something has to be repelled in the body. But if the inflammation continues too long and becomes chronic, it becomes dangerous, ”explains the doctor. A damaged skin barrier can also trigger fine defensive processes. Of course, these also inhibit the radiance of the skin.
These factors are crucial for the Winter Glow according to Dr. Barbara Sturm
- Nutrition: What we eat
- Regeneration: How we sleep
- Relaxation: how much stress we have
- Care: Which products we use
“What we include in our bodies is just as crucial as what we are on oursLubrication, ”says Dr. Barbara Sturm. So it depends on the right care. Your extra point: "If the product packaging says that it should not be used during pregnancy, you shouldn't use it otherwise because it could promote inflammatory reactions."
In addition to the right care, the master class also had fruit and hot lemon water for the glow from the inside.
Rosewood Schloss FuschlAccording to Dr. Barbara Sturm not necessary every day, peels should not be applied more than once a week.
Rosewood Schloss FuschlSkincare routine from Dr. Barbara Sturm: In 3 steps to the Winter Glow
In the master class as part of the retreat, Dr. Barbara Sturm with clean and enzyme peeling, follows a hydrating mask, eye patches, a hyalurons, an anti-aging serum, a moisturizer and finally the glow cream.
Why did she show all of this? To clean and moisten the skin deeply. In everyday life, however, this is not necessary - if you use the right three products every day. According to Sturm, the Skincare routine can be reduced to the least. In their opinion, only these three steps are really decisive, which should be carried out twice a day after cleaning with lukewarm water:
Step 1:Hyaluronserum
Step 2:Face-Cream
Step 3 (only in the morning):Glow drops, face oil or cream with a glossy structure
Glowy Skin: This is how you fit your Skincare routine according to Dr. Barbara Sturm correctly in winter
In and immediately after winter, according to Barbara Sturm, you should take a more rich cream into theto record. “Due to the change from the cold to warm and the dry air, the periphery is not so well supplied with blood. That is why we need more lipids that strengthen the skin barrier, ”explains the doctor.
In terms of ingredients, she recommends paying attention to ceramides. If the skin barrier is damaged, these skin's own ceramides - these are fat (lipids) - are missing on the surface of the barrier. "But it is always crucial that the rich cream is applied to the already moisturized skin, not directly on the dry skin," said Sturm.
Frequent mistakes: This makes the winter glow according to Dr. Barbara Sturm
"It's actually very simple," says Barbara Sturm. “The skin can only shine when it is supplied with sufficient moisture. And not everyone masters the art of moisture: R, ”says Dr. Barbara Sturm. Why is that? There are many products that are supposed to ensure a radiant complexion: a rich cream, glow drops, facial oils-all of this should make the skin shine. According to Dr. Barbara Sturm can also work, but only if the skin is supplied with sufficient moisture beforehand.
“If you apply a face oil on dry skin, it cannot penetrate the skin. The oil is then like a film on the surface, but will never move in and have an effect, ”says Barbara Sturm. Therefore, she advises you to supply the skin thoroughly with moisture in the morning and in the evening. According to the storm, a hyalurum serum is essential to prepare for the more rich care products and the moisture in advance.
