Shortly afterwards there was a new trend that at first glance seems contradictory: thatPOV is crossed out. With a red cross through the whole word or only through the O., in contrast to the very subjective pov, the crossed -out shouldPOVtake an objective view. The crossed -out POV is often used on social media to show situations that would not actually happen - from an objective, external point of view, but would be more logical. The problem: If people misunderstand social media trends, this content can be quite confusing.

POV: Meaning in video games and literature
